It is a grape variety that Brown Brothers created in partnership with CSIRO — a cross between Sumoll and Cabernet Sauvignon producing a deeply coloured, lightly sweet red wine with red berry fruit, low tannins and broad appeal. No other producer in the world makes Cienna because no other producer has access to it.

The range spans the classic Cienna NV through to the Salted Caramel and Velvet Chocolate expressions — each one built on the same unique variety, with flavour profiles that have no direct equivalent anywhere in the market.
