Temple Bruer Rosé 2025 (Preservative Free, Organic, Vegan Friendly)

Grown in Temple Bruer’s certified organic vineyard in the Riverland regions of South Australia. The vineyards are over 20 years old and provide the eclectic blend that makes up this delightfully fresh Rosé. In all of our vineyards we work towards improving the health of the vines and the soil to achieve outstanding fruit quality with the added benefit of caring for our environment.

Consisting of Cinsaut, Mataro and Chenin Blanc, each parcel of fruit was kept seperate and berries were crushed and pressed off skin immediately, the juice was then cold settled and racked before fermentation commenced. The final blend was assembled from the various component to create this stunning wine. No sulphur dioxide has been added to this wine at any point during winemaking or bottling. Winery Notes
