Taittinger's extensive collection of vineyards, including forty ancient plots within the Champagne apellation, allows them to uniquely blend 40% Chardonnay into their standard Cuvée. Their famed Taittinger Brut Réserve is matured to perfection in their chais, resulting in a golden yellow hue with fine bubbles and a discreet yet lingering foam. The nose is expressive, revealing aromas of fruit, brioche, peach, white flowers, and vanilla pod. On the palate, the lively and fresh entry is harmonized with delicate flavors of fresh fruit and honey. After aging for three to four years on sediments, the wine acquires its distinctive Champagne characteristics. A traditional liqueur dosage is then added before bottling, imparting the renowned body and smoothness of Taittinger's Brut Réserve.
