Rymill Coonawarra Dark Horse Shiraz 2022

Sourced from a small section of our imaginatively named “Block 8” Shiraz within our northern Coonawarra “Riddoch
Run” vineyards. Planted in ’89 on some particularly
beautiful red clay over limestone, this block’s flavour profile tends to lean towards dark stone fruits.

For this release of Dark Horse we’ve focused on delivering these fruit flavours with finely structured, close-packed tannins.
