Rouleur's Strawberry Fields is a small-batch Pinot Meunier sourced from the Burder Vineyard on the Whitlands High Plateau in the King Valley, sitting at 841 metres elevation. The site's altitude, cool temperatures and moderate rainfall produce fruit with a distinctive freshness and alpine character that defines this wine.
The 2025 was made using 74% destemmed fruit with 26% carbonic maceration, a technique that preserves fruit brightness and contributes to the wine's light, lifted profile. The result is a wine of light-medium body with fine-grained tannins, brisk natural acidity and flavours of alpine fruits, hibiscus, thyme and undergrowth.
