Pirramimma Stock's Hill Shiraz 2022 (McLaren Vale)

Few families have had a longer association with South Australia than Pirramimma - one of the oldest remaining family owned wineries in McLaren Vale. After 129 years of family winemaking, their lifeblood endures through the earth and vines of Pirramimma.

Fermented in static fermenters co-inoculated with malolactic bacteria, with gentle pump overs each day before sitting on skins for week. Each parcel was then pressed, settled and matured with a selection of American oak for 14 - 18 months prior to being blended.
