The 2021 Talus Shiraz showcases complex tannins and elegant dark fruit from Mount Langi Ghiran's unique soils, influenced by the winery's aged vines and the cool climate of the Grampians. With a medium-to-deep violet colour, this wine boasts black cherry, black currant, and dark chocolate aromas, with undertones of mocha, black forest fruits, aniseed, juniper berries, and a hint of truffle.

2021 was another relatively mild year in terms of temperatures, allowing for above average yields, of high-quality fruit. Ripening was drawn out, resulting in loads of spice and a full basket of fruit flavours. The Langi 2021 Talus Shiraz demonstrates great spice, elegant tannins and a firm acid drive.
