"At half mast of full Mast, we got a great cooler climate shiraz here. Such an evocative stink in the glass. So much pepper, dark, plummy fruit, black olives, fennel. Yum. Right on. Regional. True. That scent is addictive. Inky texture, even and long, supple, very dark fruited, dark chocolate, turned earth and undergrowth savouriness. Delightful in all that. Even, flowing, soft in a way, fine tannins in a wrap all around that. Super wine here."
