2017 was a long cool growing season producing outstanding late maturing red varieties. Grapes ripened very evenly with good tannin development at sensible alcohols.

De Bortoli La Boheme Act Four Syrah Gamay 2017 is a mixture of whole bunches and whole berries with some early foot stomping to create some juice to start the fermentation.
