Winery & Vintage Info

Juice was run off skins immediately after pressing and then cold-settled. The wine was fermented in tank under strict temperature control to maximise the integrity and impact of the vibrant fruit flavours. It was made to be Vegan-friendly.

Grapes for this wine were sourced primarily from our vineyards on Tasmania’s East Coast. The 2023 vintage was low yielding, leading to a wine with great flavour intensity.
