Winery & Vintage Info

The fruit was harvested and loaded directly to the press with initial oxidative handling to achieve a vibrant white wine colour and avoid any pink hues. It was then racked and fermented in tank under protective conditions and cool temperature to preserve aromatic qualities. There was also a short period of partial lees contact and stirring in tank to aid in mouth feel and complexity.

The Pinot Grigio grapes for this wine were sourced from two distinct regions, Tasmania and the King Valley.
