Debussy Rêverie Pinot Noir 2024 is an elegant expression of French craftsmanship from the Mediterranean Pays d’Oc region of southern France — a land with over 2,000 years of winemaking heritage, where warm, sunny days and cooling sea breezes from the Mediterranean coastline create the ideal conditions for vibrant, expressive Pinot Noir. Crafted by the family-owned Rêverie winery, established in 2004, from hand-harvested grapes fermented in stainless steel to preserve delicate aromas, with a portion aged in French oak for structure and subtle complexity. Deep ruby in colour, with inviting aromas of black cherry, plum, and earthy spice; a sophisticated palate of ripe red berries, blackcurrant, and subtle cedar; silky tannins and a velvety mouthfeel; and a refined, enduring finish of vanilla and faint smoke. French Pinot Noir at its most approachable and satisfying.

Winemaking Notes
Hand-harvested from select vineyards along the Mediterranean coastline of Pays d’Oc, southern France, where the region’s warm, sunny climate and cooling sea breezes contribute to the wine’s vibrant fruit profile. Fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve delicate aromas and flavours, with a portion aged in French oak barrels to enhance structure and impart subtle vanilla and earthy notes. Careful blending ensures a light-bodied, silky texture with refined tannins. Sustainable farming practices are employed throughout, maintaining the vineyard’s natural balance and emphasising the authentic expression of the Pinot Noir varietal.
Producer History
Debussy Rêverie is crafted by the family-owned Rêverie winery, established in 2004 in the Mediterranean Pays d’Oc region of southern France — a region with over 2,000 years of winemaking heritage, stretching back to the ancient Greeks and Romans who first recognised the extraordinary potential of its sun-drenched soils and coastal climate. With a commitment to sustainable farming, hand-harvesting, and traditional winemaking techniques, Rêverie produces wines that honour the authentic character of the Pays d’Oc and the varietal expression of each grape. Named after Claude Debussy’s celebrated piano composition — a piece of music defined by its elegance, restraint, and quiet beauty — Rêverie is a wine that aspires to the same qualities in every bottle. Two thousand years of heritage. One family’s vision. Every vintage.
