This wine is made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes. The grapes were harvested at baumés ranging from 10.5˚ to 13.5˚. A number of techniques were used in the vineyard and winery to achieve a full palate taste and spinning cone technology was used to remove the alcohol. The Moscato Zero was bottled with an alcohol of <0.5%. This innovative approach preserves the vibrant aromatics and lively fruit character of traditional Moscato whilst delivering an alcohol-free alternative that maintains the wine's essential character and appeal.
