Made using the Metodo Italiano (Charmat method) — after primary fermentation, the wine was fermented in a pressure tank to 5 atmospheres of pressure and bottled to retain the bubbles and preserve the fresh, crisp flavours that define this style. Prosecco grapes are harvested early to achieve high levels of natural acidity and the vibrant, lively character that makes this wine so refreshing and food-friendly. 11.5% ABV.
