Mitchelton is a Central Victorian wine estate with origins dating to 1969, when the first vines were planted in the Nagambie Lakes region. The estate is defined by the iconic 55-metre Ashton Tower, designed by architects Robin Boyd CBE and Ted Ashton, which has stood over the Goulburn River since the winery opened in 1974.

The Nagambie Lakes region's moderating water influence and ancient soils shape Mitchelton's house style: wines of intensity and structure with genuine regional character. The flagship Estate Single Vineyard range — Shiraz, Chardonnay, and Rosé — draws from estate fruit and reflects more than five decades of winemaking refinement. Print Shiraz, produced since 1982 and recipient of the Jimmy Watson Trophy in 1990, represents the pinnacle of the range.

The portfolio spans still reds, whites, rosé, and traditional-method sparkling, with each wine expressing the distinctive terroir of Nagambie Lakes.
