The 2021 Zonzo Estate Scoperta Verdicchio has a pretty nose with citrus and spice. On the palate the citrus is dominant and elegant with a very subtle almond finish. Lovely concentration and weight with some phenolic detail helping to fill the palate alongside classic Verdicchio pear and spice characters.

Harvested on the 12th February 2021. Hand picked. Whole bunch pressed to tank. Chilled and settled for 2 days then racked to tank. Inoculated with CY3079 and fermented partially in tank and oak.
