Zeni Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2021 DOCG presents a deep ruby red colour. Its bouquet is lively and fruity, revealing notes of ripe fruit and subtle spices. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied. Ideal with red and braised meats, game, and aged cheeses, it also serves well as a contemplative wine. For optimal enjoyment, allow it to mature for at least three years after bottling and serve at 17°-19°C, decanting at least 30 minutes prior.

Winery & Vintage Info

Harvest by hand, with a selection of the best grape bunches coming from hilly vineyards. The grape is collected in small crates and left to raisin to achieve a high concentration of sugar, extracts, aromas and glycerin. Raisining of the grapes
for 2 months followed by traditional skin fermentation and 2-3 weeks maceration. Matured in oak barrels for 2-3 years, depending on the vintage.
