Machine picked in the cool of the night, gently pressed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks before a short time on yeast lees to gain extra complexity and mouthfeel, whilst preserving the vibrant citrus character and crisp acidity that defines the style. The nose is vibrant with an abundance of citrus fruits and floral elements; the palate is medium bodied yet intense, with great length and a brisk acidity. Designed for immediate enjoyment.
