"Once upon a time, I recall this wine having something of a lurid hot pink colour, now it’s all pale and cool. Anyway, bought a bottle from a shop the other day (it does happen) and really liked it. Now I have an official sample. I still really like it.
Lovely perfume with a bit of funk and spice, quiet red fruit and white peach, soft but sure crisp acidity, gentle chalky and flinty texture, a little savoury and earthy on the finish, and very long and composed. Just so spot on."

We create the lifted palate of bright, primary fruits by placing rosey-cheeked Grenache in its starring role. Sourced from specific sites achieving perfect yields promoting prominent primary fruit while retaining appealing palate cleansing crispness.

Harvested at 8.5°-14° Baumé, no oak treatment, bottled in June 2019 this is a fresh wine best consumed in its youth, always serve chilled. Winery Notes
