Appearance

This elegant Pinot Noir displays a brilliant ruby-red hue with garnet highlights, offering excellent clarity that reflects its careful organic viticulture and minimal intervention winemaking approach.

Aroma

The nose reveals an enticing bouquet of fresh strawberries and ripe sour cherries, layered with subtle earthy undertones reminiscent of forest floor and delicate spice notes. The preservative-free nature allows the pure fruit aromatics to shine through beautifully.

Palate

Light to medium-bodied with a silky texture, this wine delivers soft, juicy flavours of strawberries and plump sour cherries. The palate is refreshingly bright with gentle tannins and a clean, lingering finish that showcases the wine's organic purity. The absence of added sulphites creates an authentic, unadulterated drinking experience.
