Tambo Merrill Chardonnay 2012 (Gippsland)

This is the most developed expression of any chardonnay produced by Alastair Butt at Tambo vineyard. It has awesome power, grace, depth and finesse; pure grapefruit, nectarine and peach flesh aromas are framed by complex, toasty, grilled nuts; the palate is amazingly concentrated, yet portrays a lightness that is completely beguiling and incredibly long.

Richness and roundness have developed as the wine ages and softens, layering fresh-fruit aromatics with hazelnut, vanilla and toast. Excellent length and depth with a clean lingering finish on the Tambo Merrill Chardonnay 2012. Winery Notes
