This T-Series Sparkling Brut wine is a light bronze colour with a pinkish hue due to the Pinot Noir dominance of this blend. This méthode-traditionnelle T Series Brut is sourced from cool-climate regions, predominantly from Taltarni’s Pyrenees vineyard, but also from carefully selected sites in the Alpine Valleys, Adelaide Hills, and Tasmania.
 
This NV is a traditional method sparkling wine made from the classic sparkling varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. This Pinot Noir dominant blend and is made up of 60% current vintage and 40% reserve wine that is aged in stainless steel and older French oak, including Tasmanian Chardonnay aged in large format, French oak foudres.
