Ruinart Rosé NV is the deliciously fruity expression of the Ruinart taste — presented in the iconic Second Skin packaging, a Champagne from the oldest Champagne house in the world, founded in 1729, whose rosé cuvée has been shipping since 1764. Delicate pomegranate pink with light orange reflections; a complex, intense aromatic profile of tropical fruits, small berries, rose, and pomegranate; and a palate that brings together delightful freshness and a voluptuous body, with an elegant bracing touch of mint and pink grapefruit. Supple, rounded, and generous — the Ruinart taste in its most charming expression.
Appearance
Delicate pomegranate pink with very slightly orange reflections and a sparkling, light effervescence with persistent foam — the charming, luminous colour of a Champagne rosé crafted from 55% Pinot Noir with a short maceration and light extraction, preserving the silky, voluptuous character that defines Ruinart Rosé.
Aroma
Subtle and fresh — an original palette of tropical fruits (guava and lychee) and small berries (raspberries, cherries, and wild strawberries), followed by rose and pomegranate notes that complete a complex, intense aromatic profile. The Chardonnay’s bright, pure freshness and the Pinot Noir’s generous, spicy depth in perfect harmony.
Palate
Distinct and full on the attack, cradled by a gentle effervescence — freshly picked berries fully expressed, with a delightful freshness and voluptuous body brought together by an elegant bracing touch of mint and pink grapefruit. Silky, light on tannin, and deeply generous. The harmonious blend of Chardonnay’s refinement and Pinot Noir’s delicate fruitiness at its most expressive.
Pairs With
Fresh salmon, lobster, langoustines, strawberry desserts, soft cheeses, and the finest charcuterie — or simply as the most elegant and celebratory apéritif for any occasion that deserves a Champagne of genuine distinction. The voluptuous body, mint freshness, and pomegranate charm make Ruinart Rosé a deeply satisfying partner for the finest food at the table.

Winemaking Notes
A blend of 45% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims vineyards, and 55% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne — 18 to 19% of which has been vinified as red wine. Each harvest gathered carefully by hand. The blending technique uses a short maceration and light extraction of the red wine component to preserve the aromas and deliver a silky, voluptuous palate with little tannin. The Chardonnay provides aromatic freshness, refinement, and balance; the Pinot Noir brings body, amplitude, and delicate fruitiness with generous, spicy notes. A blend that requires time, nature, and the exceptional expertise of the Ruinart Cellar Master.
Producer History
The House of Ruinart was founded in Reims in 1729 — the oldest Champagne house in the world, and one whose philosophy has remained unchanged since its creation: cultivating the perfect balance between elegance and beauty, discernment and indulgence, in the search for perfection. The Ruinart taste — elegance, refinement, freshness, and distinction — is evident in every cuvée the House produces. Ruinart Rosé, which began shipping in 1764, is the most charming and generous expression of that taste — presented in the distinctive Second Skin packaging that reflects Ruinart’s commitment to both beauty and sustainability. A Champagne rosé with nearly 260 years of history in every glass. Founded in 1729. Still setting the standard.
