Winemaking
Pepperjack's established approach to Barossa Shiraz involves parcels of fruit being crushed and destemmed before separate fermentation, followed by gentle pressing and maturation in seasoned and new oak. The 375mL format is ideal when a standard bottle is more than you need, offering approximately half the volume of a regular 750mL wine bottle while retaining the character of Pepperjack Barossa Shiraz.
