Paringa Estate Peninsula Pinot Noir 2025 is crafted by Lindsay McCall and Jamie McCall from fruit sourced across different sites and microclimates around the Mornington Peninsula — harvested across multiple picks from 14 February through to 24 March 2025, with Brix at harvest ranging from 21.7 to 24.6, total acidity of 5.6 and wine pH of 3.54. The extended harvest window reflects the long, mild ripening season of the 2025 vintage — one of the best for Mornington Pinot Noir in the past decade — capturing fruit of exceptional aromatic purity, fine tannin structure and bright, cool-climate acidity of outstanding Paringa Estate Peninsula distinction. 13.5% alc. 750ml.
