Mr. Mick Shiraz 2021 (Clare Valley) by Tim Adams

Premium Shiraz from selected vineyards throughout the central Clare Valley, the fruit for the Mr Mick Shiraz 2021 was fermented for a week with its skins using a mild pump-over regime. Hard pressings were separated from the blend to ensure optimum mouthfeel and texture. The wine was then matured using predominantly American oak for 22 months before fining, filtration, further tank maturation and bottling.
