Appearance
Brilliant golden yellow with vibrant reflections. When served over ice, the champagne develops a captivating luminosity, with persistent fine bubbles creating an elegant mousse that dances in the glass.
Aroma
The nose opens with generous tropical fruit notes of mango, guava and nectarine, complemented by fresh stone fruits. Delicate hints of raspberry and redcurrant add complexity, whilst subtle floral undertones of jasmine and honeysuckle provide an aromatic lift. The bouquet intensifies beautifully as the ice slowly melts.
Palate
Rich and full-bodied with a luscious texture. The palate mirrors the nose with intense tropical fruit flavours balanced by crisp acidity.
