Moët & Chandon Ice Imperial Rosé NV 750ml is the first and only rosé champagne specifically created to be enjoyed over ice, delivering a revolutionary tasting experience from France's most iconic champagne house.

Appearance

This stunning rosé champagne displays a beautiful salmon-pink hue with delicate golden reflections. When served over ice, the wine's vibrant colour intensifies, creating an eye-catching presentation that's perfect for warm-weather celebrations.

Aroma

The nose reveals an enticing bouquet of red berries, including wild strawberries and raspberries, complemented by subtle notes of rose petals and a hint of pink grapefruit. The aromatic profile becomes more expressive when served chilled over ice, releasing fresh, fruity notes.

Palate

On the palate, sweetness reminiscent of berries disperses and becomes lighter, achieving a harmonious balance between fruitiness and refreshing acidity. The wine offers a luscious mouthfeel with flavours of summer fruits, finishing with a delicious note of pink grapefruit that lingers pleasantly. The addition of ice enhances the wine's freshness whilst maintaining its elegant character.

Pairs With

Ice Imperial Rosé is wonderfully versatile for pairing. Enjoy with fresh fruit platters, light seafood dishes, sushi, or Asian cuisine. It's equally delightful with summer salads, grilled prawns, or simply as an aperitif on warm afternoons and evenings.
