The Yarra Valley is one of Australia's premier cool climate wine regions. The Yarra Valley is recognised for producing some of the finest Pinot Noir in Australia.

The 2020 Kylie Minogue Yarra Valley Pinot Noir is an exclusive blend of grapes sourced from a selection of premium estate vineyards from cooler sites for the elegance and purity these grapes offer. The blend sources 71% from Lower Yarra and 29% Upper Yarra to strike a perfect balance between fragrance and structure. Winemakers - Kylie Minogue, Benchmark Drinks and Steve Webber.

Grapes are hand-picked and sorted into a balance between berries and whole bunches. Fermentation is activated with ambient yeast and then allows 15-20 days maceration. The blend is then pressed and racked into new and used barriques for 9 months. This wine is also vegan friendly. Winery Notes
