Jean Pierre Classique Sparkling

A sparkling wine created with a blend of more then one vintage, from wines in South Eastern regions of Australia.

Very pale straw appearance with clean citrus and floral notes, complex with fresh cream and bread dough aromas.

The fine bubbles provide a creamy texture, while the delicate acidity balances the fresh fruit.

This sparkling is medium dry, and light in body.

The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are picked in the cool of the night to help retain freshness, with the Pinot handled oxidatively to help lower the red colour pigments. Both are fermented warm to add complexity and mouth feel. The blend is
then run through a secondary fermentation in tank, Charmat, to add the bubbles and creamy texture. Winer Notes
