The Pink Moscato showcases this philosophy perfectly, with the luscious Swan Hill Moscato grapes carefully handled to preserve the vibrant aromas of fairy floss, musk, blackcurrant, Turkish delight, and mandarin peel that define this wine. Whilst Innocent Bystander is at home in the Yarra Valley, they also love a few styles of wine that don't grow so well around there, and when that happens they look elsewhere to get the best grapes they can, sourcing luscious Swan Hill Moscato to create their widely known 'angel tears' Pink Moscato. The gentle winemaking approach ensures that the rich flavour of strawberry, violets, and honeycomb with balanced sweetness is preserved throughout the process, with the wine displaying beautiful integration between fruit intensity and refreshing character.
