Arras Brut Elite Non-Vintage is made predominantly from a single vintage, the wines exceptional complexity and consistent style is achieved through a portion of multi-vintage blending. The Cuvée Number, displayed on the label, identifies the predominant vintage and batch number.

A classic blend of the three noble varieties of premium, cold climate sparkling wine. The inclusion of Pinot Meunier adds texture to the middle palate and advances the maturation of the wine, a variety that is key to the unique character of this blend. The blend contains 15.5% aged reserve further building maturity and complexity into both the aroma and palate. The extended maturation on lees builds a level of complexity of global parity.
