Louis Perdrier Brut Excellence is an uncomplicated, expressive, and lively French sparkling wine — a high quality vin mousseux made from only the finest French white grapes, with a greenish yellow hue, a fresh spicy style, and peppery undertones that make it perfect for many occasions. Grapes follow a rigorous selection process in the region of production, with subsequent tasting analysis at the cellars in Beaune. The selected wines are blended and, after the second fermentation, undergo extended ageing on the lees in vats to produce a sparkling wine of good balance and longevity. A blend of Ugni Blanc, Colombard, Chenin, Folle Blanche, and Menu Pineau — full bodied, dry, and immediately approachable. Available here in a convenient 200ml Piccolo format.
