Winery & Vintage Info

Vintage Conditions
The 2024 vintage benefited from ideal growing conditions in Abruzzo, with the Pecorino grapes harvested during the last ten days of September at optimal ripeness. The vines yielded an average of 60 hectolitres per hectare, ensuring concentrated fruit character whilst maintaining the variety's signature freshness and aromatic intensity. This careful balance between yield and quality has produced a wine that beautifully expresses the terroir of the region.

Winemaking
Following harvest, the grapes were gently destemmed and subjected to cold maceration at low temperatures to preserve the delicate aromatics and varietal character. Alcoholic fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, a technique that safeguards the wine's vibrant fruit profile and crisp acidity. This minimal-intervention approach allows the pure expression of 100% Pecorino to shine through, resulting in a wine of exceptional clarity and elegance.
