Ad Hoc is an assembly of varietal wines for any occasion, each wine sourced from its best-suited region in Western Australia.
From Margaret River, to Pemberton, to the regions of the Great Southern, we’ve grown up and worked amongst the vines. Our knowledge of these regions and relationships with other grape growers enables us to find the best vineyards for each grape variety, and this is what we show with through Ad Hoc.
We’ve travelled long to find the path of least resistance, enabling us to show you great quality at great value for money.

As succession of very good seasons for Frankland River; 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and now 2022. Riesling, Shiraz and Cabernet begin the easier varieties, all performed exceptionally with very good flavour, acidity and freshness, however there are not many varieties that did not perform at their peak this harvest. A mild wet winter followed by dry and warm conditions leading up to harvest resulted with a season which had a long but gentle finish. Fruit harvested was in near perfect condition and will result in some very long lived wines.
The Ad Hoc Wallflower Riesling grapes were selected from various sites across the Great Southern. Great attention to harvest dates along with gentle de-stemming, minimal use of sulphur and using free-run juice from select parcels of fruit ensured the elegance and purity of flavour was maintained.
