Winery & Vintage Info

2021 is showing signs of a classic vintage. A wet winter was followed by a mild and dry spring and summer. The mild conditions throughout ensured we were able to harvest the grapes at the perfect time for each vineyard. Shiraz produced average sized crops in McLaren Vale that shows wonderful balance and structures. The wines will drink very well at release and for the many years to come.

7 different blocks were used for this wine. Each were harvested separately. 7 day ferments, using cultured yeast.
Stored in a combination of older French oak barrels and stainless steel tank.
