Chain Of Fire Sauvignon Blanc Semillon wine is made up of a blend of 86% Sauvignon Blanc and 14% Semillon. This delivers a deliciously fresh, fruit driven wine. The grapes were picked during the night, and pressed quickly and fermented with selected yeast in stainless steel tanks. The wine is a perfect balance of dry and sweet, with subtle citrus and tropical fruit notes.
