Much of Australia’s premier wine growing regions were profoundly influenced by volcanic activity of many millennia ago. "Chain of Fire" is the experts’ term for a series of extinct volcanoes. Rich volcanic soils create ideal conditions for the growth of high quality grapes which we celebrate in this label featuring a blacksmith - in tribute to Vulcan, the Roman God of Volcanoes, a supremely skilled artisan whose metal-working forge was a volcano.

Chain Of Fire Sauvignon Blanc Semillon wine is made up of a blend of 86% Sauvignon Blanc and 14% Semillon. This delivers a deliciously fresh, fruit driven wine. The grapes were picked during the night, and pressed quickly and fermented with selected yeast in stainless steel tanks. The wine is a perfect balance of dry and sweet, with subtle citrus and tropical fruit notes.
