Calabria Belena Pinot Grigio 2024 (Riverina)

Harvested in the cool of the night to maintain freshness. The fruit is immediately crushed and de-stemmed, then gently pressed. The clarified juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain optimal fruit flavours. Once fermented, majority of the blend is centrifuged clean to retain fruit aromatics, while a few smaller parcels are left on lees for a further 3-4 weeks, with weekly stirring to build mouthfeel.
