Blue Pyrenees Vintage Brut 2022

True to Blue Pyrenees' French heritage, all their sparkling wines are created using the traditional "Méthode champenoise" technique, where the second fermentation and subsequent maturation on yeast occur in bottle.

The 2022 version of their hallmark Vintage Brut style is a carefully selected assemblage of the three classic traditional method sparkling varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. After weeks of tasting and blending, the winemakers assembled a blend from their Estate owned vineyards and included a small parcel from the very cool Macedon Ranges to add some finesse and a crisp acid line to their generous and complex apéritif style.
