Beechworth Wine Estates Chardonnay 2019 vintage was matured on lees in controlled temperatures for ten months, which gives the wine a balance of fresh white peach, florals and toasty lees influence. The palate shows a richness, complexity and length of flavour for which Beechworth Chardonnay is renowned. Suitable for vegans and no animal products are used in our wines.
The 2019 Beechworth Wine Estates Chardonnay fruit is whole bunch pressed into barrel fermentation in French oak with 30% new oak then matured on lees for ten months.
