Philosophy

Dal Zotto is built on the belief that Italian varieties belong in the King Valley. Founded by Otto and Elena Dal Zotto and now led by the second generation, the winery combines Italian heritage with Australian innovation, producing wines that express family, food, culture and the unique character of the King Valley. Prosecco remains at the heart of the estate, alongside a commitment to sharing the traditions and hospitality that inspired the family's journey from Valdobbiadene to Victoria.
