About High West Distillery

Founded in 2006 by former biochemist David Perkins and his wife Jane in Park City, Utah, High West Distillery was the first legal distillery in Utah since 1870 and the only ski-in gastro-distillery in the world. Inspired by the Old West and Utah's forgotten whiskey heritage, High West has grown from humble beginnings with a 250-gallon still in a historic livery stable to become an internationally recognised, award-winning brand celebrated for its innovative approach to American whiskey.
