Bremerton Selkirk Shiraz 2015 (Langhorne Creek)
"Selkirk can be deceptive because its neatly priced with plenty of bright, upfront fruit implying a simplicity. Yet there’s detail too. The tannins plush and silky, the palate medium-bodied, the acidity refreshing, the drinkability without question"

The name “Selkirk” is in recognition of our Grandfather’s heritage. This Scottish border town was the ancestral home of the Willson family.
After fermenting in small open top fermenters the wine spent up to 18 months in selected new and older fine grain American & French oak. Parcels were chosen to give the final blend the best balance between varietal fruit character, complexity and structure.
Although drinking well now, this wine will reward with up to 4+ years. Winery Notes
Reviews & Accolades
"Selkirk Shiraz never really misses a beat.
It’s its smooth, supple self, complete with ample fruit and oak, a gentle jangle of acidity the only real thing holding it back. A minor quibble. Blackberry, toasty oak, crush dry spice and dark chocolate flavours pour satisfying through the palate, making for good, generously-proportioned red wine drinking."
