Employs the not broken/don't fix vinification techniques that so brilliantly capture the terroir of the Yarra Valley and it's districts - here back to the Upper Yarra. This floats and dances in the mouth with the delicacy of a fairy - a beautiful fairy - with gossamer intensity. That'll do nicely."
