Winery & Vintage Info

The growing season for the 2021 vintage was ideal. Warm, dry and not too windy meant conditions were perfect for healthy flowering and even fruit set. Moderate to warm and very dry conditions stretched out the ripening period to produce fruit with intense flavour and rich ripe tannins.

Harvested early April 2021. Sugar/Malic co-ferment, on skins for 7-9 days before pressing at 1° Baume to finish ferment in tank. Light oak influence to preserve fresh fruit flavours and support silky texture.
