The Rymill Classic Release Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 vintage has an intense crimson red appearance. With lifted aromas of toasted spices and tobacco leaf. They meld seamlessly with blood plumbs and fire-roasted pimentos. Beautifully textured tannins with lovely fine length, and an abundance of dark fruits with spice.

"Blackberry pie (crust and all), licorice, cassis, star anise, bramble, garden mint, cigar box and tobacco leaf. In the mouth the wine is ultra-concentrated, firm and structured. This pays homage to both the variety and the region. It offers truth from every angle, leaving no lingering doubt about where this could possibly have come from, and what grape it is.
