'The Traveller' has been been re-released just in time for Christmas. The collaboration between Quiet Deeds and Carwyn Cellars is A double New England IPA (dbl neipa), with minimal bitterness. This time around, The traveller has changed from the original hops of Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin, for Mosaic Cryo and Nelson Sauvin to increase the hop potency. Expect up front sweet juicy tropical fruit notes with some earthy resinous characters and that unmistakeable floral and tropical fruit aroma, and in the background characters of white wine and fresh crushed gooseberries.
