'Don't Know About That Simcoe Hop' started as a social media comment. Social media is a special place. Quiet Deeds always like to take note of the most enjoyable comments they see out there, and one of their favourites had to do with a particular hop blend, specifically stating that "I’m not sure about that hop…." Whereas in this instance it didn’t appear in the dry hop, but only in the whirlpool in such a miniscule amount that the chances of getting any flavours from it were nonexistent. So welcome to a start of a new series where we explore seeing what hops can do solo! First off the ranks is Simcoe.
