"DKAT Galaxy" is the second release in the DKAT (Don't Know About That) hop series from Deeds Brewing. For the second release, the classic Galaxy Hop takes the spotlight in the form of a Hazy DIPA (Double India Pale Ale). The Galaxy hop delivers tropical fruit aromas with clean citrus and peach flavours with little to no floral, pine or spice.

Social media is a special place. The Deeds team always like to take note of the most enjoyable comments they see out there, and one of their favourites had to do with a particular hop blend, specifically stating that "I’m not sure about that hop…." Whereas in this instance it didn’t appear in the dry hop, but only in the whirlpool in such a minuscule amount that the chances of getting any flavours from it were nonexistent. So welcome to a start of a new series where Deeds explore seeing what hops can do solo!
